This product arrived in the packaging shown in the pictures below. It was also wrapped in plastic securing the contents inside. There are 2 glass screen protectors, each with their own set of towelette cleaner, fiber cloth, dust removal sticker, and instructions. My original screen protector was also glass and it was badly cracked. I peeled the cracked one off, cleaned my screen with the towelette, used the dust remover sticker, and carefully aligned the top of the protector with the top of the iPhone to ensure that the speaker is properly aligned. Then I simply let go of it to finish adhering to the lower half of the screen. It went on perfect the first time. I did a quick comparison with the original screen protector from Verizon vs KABB and Verizon's is a little thicker, but it did crack. KABB screen protector states it is anti-crash, anti-scratch, and anti-shock tempered glass. Verizon's protector only lasted 7 months. I am hoping KABB will last longer.I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review. The discount has not influenced or impacted my judgment of this product. Of course my views can change in the future but as of now I really like it. I always used plastic screen protectors but I guess the scratches just were starting to kinda bother me. The installation was very easy, little bubbles around the edge came out so easy I was utterly amazed honestly. I found that taking the screen protector off (I needed to adjust it) if you just slightly pull at the corner and easily peel it off then you don't really need a tool. That's just me though. Its amazing, as I'm not used to my screen being so clear. (I'm loving it by the way) There's a lot of different glass screen protector brands out there and I don't know which one is the "best", but I can definitely say that this one doesn't disappoint. There is no cutout for the camera but the screen protector is so clear you don't even need one. In the package you get two screen protectors, two separate baggies that each include an alcohol wipe to clean your screen, and a microfiber wipe to dry your screen. You also get two dust remover stickers which work excellently by the way. I overall recommend this screen protector, and if you're not sure about it you can always by the one pack and give it a try.This screen protector is a premium product. Now, when you buy screen protectors, you want to buy them really carefully because there are several chap Chinese products that get scratches or cuts very easily. You do not need to worry about those things with this protector.It nicely wraps the device without leaving any air bubbles in the middle and the corner of the device. The protector feels like glass which is a really nice feeling when you touch the screen. It is hard to explain but this protector adds more fanciness to your phone. It adds smoothness when touching your phone, and it does not disturb the touching of the phone.Also, instructions are really easy to understand. And I had to lift up the protector about 2 times before I got it perfectly on my screen. Even though I lifted it 2 times, there were no air bubbles.I have been carrying around my phone with my keys but I have not noticed any scratches or cuts on my protector.Do not hesitate to buy this product. I have bought several glass and regular protectors, but this product is the best. No scratches, cuts or dirtiness!! This is a great product.NOTE: I received this device at a promotional discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased feedback.The delivery of the package was prompt and excellent. The product was very neatly wrapped. All the necessary tools were available to clean the screen and make as dust free as possible however the tool to gently pry the screen protector off for adjustments was not included.Secondly, the installation was very straightforward and easy. No issues of it breaking upon installation that I could be aware of. The one issue I had was with Touch ID. After installation of my first screen I was unable to use my finger print scanner. So, I deleted my finger prints thinking it was we due to the screen and not recognizing the finger print. I tried reprogramming my finger prints but was unable to. Touch ID was not reading my finger print with the screen.In the process of figuring this out, there was a piece of dust I could not get off the sticky part of the screen so I opened up another one. I reset my phone, however I was still unable to program my Touch ID.It was not until my last screen that I was able to program my Touch IDI'm disappointed that I had to use so many screens to get one to fit and now i don't have any backups.I ordered a 2-Pack but there was only one kit in the package that I received. That is pretty frustrating. However, I went ahead and applied the one that I had. There was a lot of tools included to install the screen protector: a wet cloth to clean the screen, a dry cloth to remove excess liquid, a dust sticker to remove any residual cloth dust, two application stickers to help align the screen before removing the backing, and foam cloth to help press out any bubbles. Once I got the screen lined up, the installation was really simple with only one bubble to press out. The glass looks great on the screen and I'm very happy with the product. The only reason I gave it a 2 as opposed to a 5 was that I paid for two screen protectors but only received one.UPDATE: seller contacted me an sent the missing screen. I am very happy with this product.Advertised as "(2-Pack)iPhone 7/8 Glass Screen Protector" But only one in the packet.I pad for a two pack and received one.
